When it comes to creating colors in wool recycling, no dye is needed for our company, since pre- and post-consumer garments come already dyed from their former life. Through the Recype® process, our artisans of the raw material department manage to devise new wool colors just by mixing numerous and different shades of recycled wool fibers, developing actual ‘recipes’ of no-dye colors, which are archived and adapted to the kgs of yarns that need to be produced. Thanks to this technique, and more than 80 years in the field of wool recycling, we have developed more than 1000 MWool® colors.
