Our 2025 Sustainability Report
In keeping with our tradition, we identify each financial year with a keyword that encapsulates its essence. For 2025, the chosen term is Transition. 2025 represented a crucial phase of evolution and strategic planning for Manteco, laying the foundations for major projects that are coming to fruition in 2026.
This is the 10th edition of our Sustainability Report. It has been prepared with reference to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and its content is determined by the results of our Double Materiality Assessment.

Environmental savings
Our reduced-impact virgin wool. 1,083,244 kg processed in 2025, compared to the mainstream.

Academic research, 2025
Beyond a second life: Mechanical recyclability of woven fabrics containing recycled wool
Published with the University of Leeds (LITAC) in the peer-reviewed journal Sustainable Materials and Technologies. After mechanical recycling, woven fabrics containing MWool® retain an average of 84% of the original fiber length.
